BJ Walker, Chairman of the Board, has been engaging with Mr. Scrappy and Coach Chestnutt’s Environmental Science classes about the diverse plant life around our school as part of our Ecosystems curriculum. When the school was originally constructed, Mr. Walker meticulously planned the placement of each plant, drawing on his expertise in Landscaping from Auburn University. His contributions have been invaluable, providing our students with an exceptional depth of knowledge and insight into the school's landscaping. We are incredibly fortunate to have his expertise enriching our classes!

Transportation Update for the New School Year Traffic first week of school: During the initial week of school, traffic congestion is expected. Police Officers/Deputies stationed along 49 coming from Byron will be assisting in regulating traffic flow to prevent accidents. All entry points will be accessible, and drivers are encouraged to use Moseley Road to alleviate congestion at the entrance. Exiting campus, left turns will not be permitted, right turns only. New Expectations for all Peach County Students During school hours, students are prohibited from using earbuds/headphones for safety reasons. Cellphones are permitted for use during breakfast and lunch hours, but students are prohibited from using them during class time and in the hall during class change. Academic teachers will provide cell phone lockers for students to safely store their phones while in class. This policy is mandated by the board and will be strictly enforced. It is required to take off hoods and hats when inside the building. This rule applies to all individuals entering the premises. Please read the handbook regarding dress code. All items listed in the handbook will be enforced this year. In order to ensure a safe learning environment for all students, expectations are put in place. We kindly ask parents/guardians to collaborate with us in implementing these expectations to foster a positive and safe learning environment for all students. We appreciate your support.
