The Peach County High School Student Council won the 2023 Hats-4-HOPE "Go-Getter" Award from Jay's HOPE. This award is given to a school that has gone above and beyond for families that have experienced the burdens of childhood cancer.
A Jay's Hope representative had the following remarks regarding the successful fundraising campaign of the PCHS Student Council, "It has been amazing watching your student council take Jay's HOPE as one of their philanthropic organizations and come up with out-of-the-box ideas to raise funding to support our families. In only its second year supporting Hats-4-HOPE, Peach County High School was the second-highest fundraising high school throughout Georgia! The success shown by the PCHS Student Council shows that by using passion and creativity, students can make a difference in our local community."
