At the 11th Annual Celebration of Community Banquet held by the Peach Regional Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, October 23, 2025, our very own Mrs. Kristi Riley was awarded the 2024 Excellence in Education Award.  Mrs. Jill Bowen presented this award alongside the Peach Regional Chamber of Commerce Board members during the Halloween themed gala.  She was given this award because of her commitment to educating our students to be ready for the workforce, having over 200 pathway completers, starting the school-based enterprise, the Trojan Trading Post, and her success with the PCHS FBLA chapter.  Mrs. Riley is the current Chair of the Georgia FBLA Board of Directors, Region 6 Adviser, and with the help of her incredible members has tripled the membership since her start in Peach County High School 7 years ago.  Peach County FBLA is the proud host of two Georgia FBLA events; the Summer Leadership Officer Training Summit in July and Region 6 Leadership Conference in January.  Mrs. Riley and her husband went as Santa and Mrs. Claus and won the best couple costume.

We are proud of the strides made in the Business and Technology Program and Peach County Future Business Leaders of America. Pictured below are Mrs. Riley and three of her FBLA Officers who are part of Flint Energies Empower Program, who were also in attendance.
