This season, the Peach County High School softball team created a new tradition with the presentation of the “Impact Teacher” Award during Senior Night.
This special recognition is voted on by the senior softball players and honors the teacher or faculty member who has had the greatest impact on their lives during their time at Peach County High School.
For 2025, the seniors selected Dr. Susan George, who teaches Biology, AP Biology, and Anatomy. Now in her third year at Peach County High School, Dr. George has earned a reputation for her enthusiasm, humor, and the genuine care she shows her students.
According to the players, Dr. George “never fails to make anyone laugh and feel loved.”
Congratulations to Dr. George on this well-deserved honor, and thank you for continuing to make a difference in the lives of Peach County students both on and off the field.
