Dear Parents and Guardians,
Edition Six of TROJAN TEST TIPS!
Spring Break is here! We hope your student enjoys a well-deserved week of rest and fun. While it’s important to relax, it’s also a great opportunity to keep skills fresh for the Georgia Milestones.
We encourage your student to spendat least 30 minuteson one of the following learning toolsover the break:
Georgia Online Assessment Experience – practice Milestones-style questions
Khan Academy – personalized practice in math and ELA
Education.com – interactive games, worksheets, and activities
ReadTheory – reading comprehension exercises tailored to their level
Newsela – engaging articles with quizzes to build reading and critical thinking skills
These short, daily sessions will help students stay on track and confident for when we return. After Spring Break, it’s boots to the ground as we’ll have only 11 instructional days left before testing begins, and every minute counts!
Thank you for partnering with us to support your student’s learning. Enjoy the break, and let’s return ready to finish strong!
Warm regards,
Kizzy S. Johnson
