This acknowledgement is to be detached and returned to the proper school employee (principal, counselor, homeroom teacher, etc.) as designated by the principal of the student's school.

The student will not be properly enrolled until this form has been signed and returned within five (5) days of receipt.

Contained in this handbook are policies adopted by the Peach County Board of Education. The student may receive from the school attended an additional list of rules and regulations regarding specific behavior requirements at the school. Failure to follow those school regulations will also result in disciplinary action.
