Our School's History
Located in the heart of central Georgia, Peach County, our 159th county((the last of 159 counties) , was created from parts of Houston & Macon counties in 1924. Named for the area's abundant peach crop, Peach County is Georgia's newest & geographically one of the smallest counties(151 sq.miles)in Georgia.

Peach County High School invites you to our no-cost 9th Grade Trojan Academy Summer Bridge Program. Join us to get to know your way around school and learn what to expect in your first year as a freshman! It is our goal to ensure that you graduate college and career ready. 

Lauren Hitchcock was nominated to receive the Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA) for summer camp in June. All expenses will be paid for Lauren to attend the camp at South Georgia State College University. Lauren was nominated for this award after writing an essay earlier this year. Winning this award automatically puts her in a future position for a college scholarship. Lauren is in her sophomore year at Peach County High School.
